Angela is passionate about business and understands the importance of aligning employee behaviors with the values of the organization to establish an effective culture.
Angela also believes in the power of delivering excellent customer service to build brand loyalty. Prior to joining Moran, she was the Chief Operating Officer for a four-star hospitality firm in Chicago. For more than ten years, Angela managed the leadership development and training of over 250 employees; the facilitation of customer service training and values integration courses; and the implementation of culture change initiatives.
Angela earned her MBA from The University of Notre Dame and also holds a Bachelor’s degree is Hospitality & Tourism Management from Purdue University. She is a certified sommelier recognized by the Court of Master Sommeliers and holds a certificate in Executive Integral Leadership. Additionally, she is very active in the business community with established Board positions for the Illinois Restaurant Association, Greater North Michigan Avenue Association, and the Roman Family Foundation for Cancer Research.
