For more than twenty years Bobbi has designed and facilitated customer service training for companies around the world. Passionate about customer service, Bobbi possesses a vibrant and interactive training style, which our clients rave about. Her expertise covers a gamut of industries, including government, healthcare, financial, technology and manufacturing; she has trained thousands of employees to deliver excellent customer service, including those from TF Cornerstone, nSpire, Lily Pulitzer and the State of Virginia.
Prior to joining the Moran team, Bobbi held positions as sales supervisor for Wells Fargo, and held the role of Senior Product Instructor for HEAT, a world leading software company. She has facilitated nationwide train-the-trainer sessions, sales and product training, and mentoring and coaching to organizations around the world, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Avaya and Microsoft.
Bobbi attended Judson University to pursue a degree in business. She is a certified Medical Billing and HIPAA specialist; ITIL Foundation Certified for IT Service Management; and is a certified instructor for the support industry standards for The Help Desk Institute, the world’s largest association for the support center industry. In addition, Bobbi has spoken at several conventions and has designed and delivered workshops on many occasions as a subject matter expert.
