Donna Seal

Lead Facilitator

As an expert Service Essentials™ trainer with a dynamic interactive style, Donna is a key leader on the Moran training team. Clients rely on Donna to create a dynamic training experience to engage employees in the process of improving customer service for all customers. Donna served as a lead facilitator in the recent organization-wide culture project with the Mobile County Health Department, and trained more than 500 people in Service Essentials™. Her ability to connect with the people on the front line energizes clients in every industry, including healthcare and government institutions as well as membership groups, such as the National Association of Realtors.

In addition to being an experienced human resource consultant and facilitator for various training programs, Donna is also a licensed psychotherapist with her own successful practice. For the past ten years she has focused on facilitating training initiatives, working closely with McKinsey & Company to design and personalize training about developing capable people. Others clients who work with Donna include Exactech, Novartis, Wal-Mart Stores Inc., and various government and educational institutions around the United States.

Donna received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arkansas State University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. Donna is also an accomplished public speaker and facilitator for businesses, schools, and community group; and was a featured speaker on team building and empowerment at the Arkansas Prevention Conference. She recently created and delivered her own “Live SMART” program to over 300 participants in Conway, Arkansas.
