With thirteen years as an organizational development consultant, Kimera is a dedicated and passionate member of the Moran Consulting team.Ā  Her expertise includes HR consulting, competency development, solutions development, process improvement, assessment, executive team development and coaching, training & facilitation.

Prior to joining the Moran team Kimera cultivated a remarkable career in corporate human resources, holding executive-level roles for organizations in highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals and government healthcare.

Kimera is driven by a passion to help other succeed both individually and as a part of a high-performing team.Ā  She enjoys facilitating leadership development and team-building workshops as well as delivering DiSC and customer service training.Ā  Her experience in Human Resources consulting has made her an expert in compliance, diversity and inclusion, performance management.

Kimera holds a Bachelorā€™s degree in Business from Excelsior College and multiple certifications from the Society of Human Resources Managers.Ā  She enjoys the adventure of traveling nationwide to train, coach & mentor managers and executives for a variety of business specialties.Ā
