Catherine Glawson


Focusing on the design, development and delivery of sales, customer service, and leadership training programs, Catherine is an expert in instructional design with over twenty years of domestic and international experience. Clients in both the finance and pharmaceutical industries have relied on Catherine’s ability to craft effective and engaging training programs for employees on every level of the organization. As well as leading the design and facilitation of customized training programs, Catherine is also a certified DiSC instructor.

Catherine served as the Senior Administration Officer for CIBC in Quebec, and was a part of the training team at Achieve Global before starting her own training company. Since 2000, clients like Electrolux, GE Healthcare, American Express, Nespresso and Shire Pharmaceuticals have partnered with Catherine to create successful training and development programs. Her experience as an entrepreneur began long before she started her own business when she led her family’s company, Dettmers Industries, to great heights as one of Inc. Magazine’s “best small businesses to work for.”

Born and raised in Canada, Catherine received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from McGill University Montreal, Quebec. She currently resides in Asheville, North Carolina.
