Chris Pett
Specialist, Organizational DevelopmentChristopher Pett is an organizational development leader and strategist with more than 26 years of U.S. and global experience. As a consultant with Moran, Chris specializes in succession planning, competency development, organizational design, culture change, and performance management. He has extensive experience conducting organizational talent assessments, and designing custom training and development programs. Most recently, Chris worked with Moran to guide the Washington State Investment Board through a major succession planning initiative requiring culture assessment and competency development strategies to lead the organization to a successful future.
Chris has held senior management positions in organizational development for Interstate National Corporation, Motorola, Quaker Oats, PepsiCo and the Exelon Corporation. Other clients include for-profit businesses in the healthcare, aerospace, automotive, medical device, financial services, and manufacturing sectors. His non-profit experience includes work with higher education, social services and advocacy organizations.
Chris holds two Masterās degrees in both Education and Organizational Development from Loyola University in Chicago. Chris also earned a Bachelorās degree in Psychology from Quincy College. He is certified in the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, and Denison 360 and Culture Assessment tools.
