FacilitatorGina has extensive experience in the areas of leadership development, customer service training and team building. Gina consistently demonstrates the ability to “walk the talk,” which has won her accolades from client companies and workshop participants across a broad spectrum of service-based industries. As the primary facilitator for the City of St. Charles, Gina trained over 300 people in Service Essentials™ and sparked tremendous change in the quality of service provided by the city’s employees.
Gina has been training and coaching employees on every level of the organization for three decades. Prior to joining the Moran training team, Gina worked in the hospitality industry as a front line employee, manager, department head, and corporate trainer. She is passionate about customer service, and is always looking to help others be their best. Gina is also a successful executive coach for leadership teams in the healthcare, government, entertainment, and oil industries.
Gina completed management and communications courses at William Rainey Harper College in Palatine, IL, and has been accredited as a Certified Trainer for both Inscape Publishing and the Prism Performance Corporation. She is a Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA) and instructor for the ServSafe Food Safety Training by the National Restaurant Association. Gina believes in giving back to the community and currently serves as Professional Development Coach for the Miss Illinois Scholarship Association.She also serves on a variety of committees at St. Cletus School (La Grange, IL) and more recently at Nazareth Academy (La Grange Park, IL)..
