Jan Jenkins


With more than 30 years of corporate facilitating, coaching and consulting expertise, Jan’s skills as a Moran trainer are unsurpassed. She specializes in senior leadership team development and executive coaching, as well as facilitating customer service training initiatives. Clients from a variety of industries, including retail, real estate, manufacturing, and technology rely on Jan’s skills as a trainer to ignite the organization’s passion for service.

In addition to training for Moran clients, companies such as Ernst & Young and Walmart have partnered with Jan to deliver leadership coaching, customer service training, team development programs and a variety of workshops focused on talent development.

Jan earned her Bachelor’s degree in French Language Studies from the University of Minnesota, and also holds a certificate in Spanish from University of Texas-Austin. Her certifications include DiSC facilitation and “WHY” Coaching Program. Additionally, Jan has received numerous training awards including the Wiley High Achiever Award in 2012 and 2014, as well as several Inscape High Achiever Awards since 1990.
