As Director of Marketing and Client Development, Hannah is often the first person clients meet at Moran Consulting. With warmth, enthusiasm and a natural ability to connect with people, she takes the time to understand each organization’s challenges, goals and aspirations. Her focus is on making sure every client feels heard, supported and confident that Moran is developing a solution tailored to their needs.
Hannah plays an important role in growing Moran’s client relationships and supporting its most complex projects. Working hand in hand with Kathleen Dolan, she helps lead the company’s business development, marketing, sales and day-to-day client relationships. From an initial conversation through project development and implementation, Hannah works closely with clients and Moran’s consulting team to keep everyone connected and focused on the desired outcomes.
Hannah brings energy, creativity and a personal touch to everything she does. She understands that no two organizations face exactly the same challenges—and that meaningful change requires more than an off-the-shelf solution.
Whether a client wants to strengthen employee engagement, solve complex problems, build customer loyalty or create lasting culture change, Hannah helps bring the right people, expertise and ideas together.
Above all, she is passionate about building relationships that extend beyond a single project and helping organizations achieve positive, lasting change.
Hannah earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English and Pre-Law at Spring Hill College, with an honorary certificate of achievement in Social Justice from the Università di Bologna in Italy.
